    Golden Anniversary Party

Good friends invited me to sing for their 50th Anniversary Party. I composed a song for them as I couldn't find any songs specifically for a 50th anniversary.

It was a great party and my song was well received.

    1998 Hiawatha Music Co-op

    Open Mic Performance

While attending Northern Michigan University in 1978, Pauline joined a group of friends who formed the Hiawatha Music Co-op. The lifetime membership fee was $5!

The Hiawatha Annual Traditional Music Festival is held the next-to-last FULL weekend in July, at Tourist Park near Marquette, Michigan.

Shown are Pauline Trabert tuning up for an open mic performance and someone else preparing to play.

    1996 Exec-PC Staff Party

    Staff and family gathering

Pauline Trabert is shown here on guitar with Tanja Hocken on drums. They were employed by Exec-PC and playing with members of the group Boney Fingers for the staff party.

    1978 Fireman's Picnic

    Presque Isle, WI

This is the earliest known photograph of Pauline Trabert playing on stage with friends. Known as Pauline and Company, the group performed infrequently and later transformed into the first real band, The Broken Knuckle Band, out of Boulder Junction, WI.

Shown are the late Charlie Spencer on harmonica, Pauline Trabert, and the late Kent Lippke on banjo; these three formed The Broken Knuckle Band. Not shown are Chip Steele on harmonica and Peggy Williams on guitar.
